General information, not medical advice
The content on this website is general information about the clinic and the kinds of problems it assesses. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an in-person consultation with a qualified doctor. Do not delay care because of something you read here.
Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting the appointment form sends a request to the clinic. It does not create a confirmed appointment. The clinic will contact you to confirm the date and time. A slot is not held until that confirmation. The clinic may need to reschedule because of an emergency or other clinical priority.
Emergencies
This website and the appointment form are not for emergencies. If you or someone else has chest pain, severe breathlessness, signs of a stroke, a seizure, heavy bleeding, a severe allergic reaction or another life-threatening problem, call 108 for an ambulance or 112 for the national emergency helpline. Do not wait for a reply to a website form.
No doctor-patient relationship until consultation
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. The relationship begins when the doctor accepts you for a consultation and provides care. Messages are not monitored continuously.
Fees and payment
Consultation fees, test charges and procedure costs are explained at the clinic. Please call before your visit if you need current fee information. This website does not process payments.
Accuracy and availability
The clinic aims to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Clinic timings can change on public holidays or because of an emergency. Please call to confirm before travelling.
Intellectual property
