How do I book an appointment?
Use the appointment form on this website, call 090799 67324, or send a WhatsApp message. The form sends a request to the clinic; the team will call you to confirm the date and time. A request is not a confirmed booking until you hear back.
What are the consultation timings?
The clinic runs two windows each day: 8:00 – 11:00 AM and 4:00 – 8:30 PM. Timings can change on public holidays, so a quick call ahead is always sensible.
Where is the clinic?
Shop No. 4, MA-46, near Maheshwari Public School, Sector 4, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur 302004. The location section has a direct Google Maps link and landmark directions.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. An appointment is preferred because it reduces waiting time and helps the team keep the clinic running on schedule.
What should I bring to my visit?
Bring a photo ID, a list of medicines you take (or the strips themselves), recent test reports, previous prescriptions, and any discharge summary from a hospital. If you have fever, note the readings and the dates.
What happens during a first visit?
The doctor takes a focused history, examines you, checks vitals, and decides whether tests are needed. You leave with a clear plan: treatment, follow-up, or a referral. If something is urgent, the clinic will say so directly.
Does the clinic treat children?
Please call before bringing a young child. The clinic's focus is emergency and acute care for adults; for infants and small children, the team will advise whether the clinic or a paediatric emergency department is the better place to go.
Is this clinic an emergency department?
No. The clinic provides urgent assessment and first-line care during clinic hours. It does not replace a hospital emergency department, ICU or ambulance service. For a life-threatening problem, call 108 or 112 first.
What counts as a life-threatening emergency?
Chest pain, severe breathlessness, signs of a stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, a seizure, unconsciousness, a severe allergic reaction, or a serious injury. Call 108 for an ambulance or 112 for the national helpline. Do not drive yourself if you are unwell.
How soon will the clinic respond to my request?
The team aims to respond during clinic hours. If you submit a request outside those hours, expect a call at the next clinic window. For anything urgent, please call rather than wait for the form.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp the clinic with your name and the original time. Early notice lets the team offer the slot to someone else.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. The appointment form is used only to arrange your visit and is sent to the clinic's email. The site does not sell data or run advertising trackers. Read the privacy policy for the full detail.
General information only. It does not replace an examination or a consultation with a doctor.
